According to some reputable nutritional researchers, 98% of the cases of heart disease could be prevented and even reversed by serious changes to diet and exercise. I’ve read the studies (demographic & human & animal research) going back at much as 30 years. Do you believe this is possible?

      98%? Im not qualified to agree or disagree on that but what about genetics? I do beleive a hige ammount of heart diease could be prevented by eating a healthy diet and exercising regulary not only heart diesse but almost all diseases. I beleive the only way to make this a reality is through education schools( from primary up) should have classes to educate people on how to eat and keep fit.
      In a lot of countrys the govements say they do not have the money to do this but in the long term it would save so much money by not having to spend so much in health care on preventable diesses i beleive until they realise this we are in a viscious cycle.
