I’ve heard that most cancers need iron to thrive and that iron is part of causing plaque in the arteries. Whenever I give blood, they say that it is good for you. Anyone know more about the science behind this?

      For red blood cells wont function properly making breathing and respiration difficult iron is needed but not too much.
