When you exercise blood moves, the body sweats, your heart beats faster, and in general you are moving through blood transportation, LDL, HDL, and triglycerides to be rid out of the body. Do this enough and you have a cycle of keeping HDL fat UP which cleans out the arteries etc. Exercise is one way of getting high HDLs…
