we found out that in our family heart disease and cancer runs through our family and most of them have died and we just lost another due to this. I am really scared that i will get this ( i know i am a wimp ) but it is very scary because they were in hell lot of pain, How can i prevent this , i am 14 and my mum just recovered from cervical cancer i had my HPV jabs but , still how can i prevent getting cancer and heart disease besides diet and excercise.

      The only way diet and heart disease then look up the only way diet and exercise dont eat crap and heart disease then look up the foods that prevent both.
