Heart disease runs in our family and it seems like half of my family has a storke or HA by the time they’re 75. Most of them have lived a fairly healthy lifestyle.

      Just because you have a genetic disposition to heart disease it DOES NOT mean you will get it. A good, healthy lifestyle will stop the problem ever arising and let nobody tell you otherwise.
      Genetics in relation to heart disease is a complete excuse.
