Is there any link between quitting smoking and heart disease?
December 23rd, 2007 | by admin |timeless ttruth asked:
I know smoking is a cause for heart disease. I know 430,000 people die every year in America due to smoking related disease, heart being the major one. I know smoking is too bad and it has to be even banned like cannabis or any other drug. I know smoking is dangerous extraordinaire. And yet, I read somewhere smokers who quit smoking may develop serious heart disease within 2 years fromn the date they stopped smoking. Is it true?
