I’m training for a triathlon, but don’t have a pool to work on the swim portion. What cardio machine or exercises could I do to best replicates swimming?

I’ll find a pool to do a couple workouts in before the race, but don’t have a pool to train in weekly.

      Nothing duplicates swimming… Nothing. I am a U.S.A. Swimming coach and NOTHING compares to the the workout you get in the water and no machine can duplicate it.
