What kind of degree do I get to help teens going through heart disease and eating disorders?

What kind of degree do I get if I want to help children and teenagers going through heart disease and eating disorders? What I want to be is someone that has experience that can lend a helping ear, because I have been through it.

I believe it is clinical psychology? Does that sound right or something different? How many years? I am almost done with my AA

Go into social work, then you could work at a hospital and with sick children/adults/ect.
