What type of cardio should i perform after lifting weights?

hey guys.
ive been doing hiit on my non lifting days. ive been planning to add some low intensity cardio to the days i do lift…i was just wondering…what sort of cardio qualifies as low intensity? jogging?

Depending upon your age & health walking, fast walking, jogging. A minimum of 30 minutes every day is considered beneficial/therapeutic whatever (it’s late and I can think of the word) .
